Hammer & Chisel
This is a great workout program if you've already done a lot of exercise and are looking for a new challenge. You'll be working out twice per week, doing two workouts per day. Each workout lasts 45 minutes and consists of 10 exercises.
You'll start off with a warm-up, followed by four sets of five reps of each exercise. Then you'll move onto the second part of the workout where you'll perform four sets of ten reps of each exercise. Finally, you'll finish the workout with a cool down.
Each workout focuses on different muscles and uses different equipment. On the chisel days, you'll focus on upper body strength using dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls, and barbells. On the hammer days, you'll work on lower body strength using free weights, cable machines, and TRX straps.
