If you want to get the best results from your workouts, then you need to be sure that you're using the right equipment.
You’ll need a sculpting band and an exercise mat.
You might also want some additional resistance bands for a few of the exercises and maybe ankle weights if you're adding to the intensity of the workout.
The butt exercises don't require any equipment at all.
What are the length of Brazilian butt lift workouts?
Brazil Butt Lift is designed to help women get rid of stubborn fat around the hips, thighs, buttocks, and rear end. Women who participate in the program lose weight quickly and safely without dieting or exercise. They also learn how to tone their bodies and sculpt their figures through simple exercises and stretches.
The Workouts range from 20 minutes to 50 minutes.
Does it help remove cellulite?
Yes, cellulite is something that most people experience at one point in their lives. However, there are ways to reduce its appearance through proper nutrition and exercise.
How hard is it?
It’s an easy beginner to intermediate workout. If you want to modify the moves and add some resistance, you can increase the intensity of bigger exercises or add weight.
How do you make workouts harder?
If you want to increase the difficulty level, you could use heavy resistance bands, an extra pound of weight, or even five pounds of weight. I personally use the five pound weight because I can easily adjust it for different exercises.
Don't be fooled by the bright lights and flashy dancing; these workouts are challenging. Even when using the ankle weights.
It’s going to hurt for a minute but then you’re going to want to go back for round two.
Fatigue is caused by the muscles becoming tired from working hard.
The Meal Plan
The meal plan is very flexible, which I liked. Nothing was ever off limit, and it includes a sample meal plan and recipe. You can choose to go with the meal plan or another one. I aim for 1400 calorie a day personally, and adjusted the plan to include less seafood.
You don't need to take Shakeology on the plan; you can drink it any time during the day.
It also includes Supermodel Slim Down
The 6-day slim down plan is a low calorie plan which also helps prevent bloat.
It’s an entire meal plan you can use to jumpstart your weightloss during the first and/or final weeks of the fitness program. Don't do this for too long, though.

Who is it for?
Brazil Butt Lift is for anyone. While it's designed for women, men who want to build their hip/pelvic region may also benefit from it, resulting in a stronger and less vulnerable body.
What equipment does it require?
No outside equipment. It comes with an exercise band.
Will this program make my butt smaller?
The aim of the program is to target not only your gluteus maximus, as most workouts do, but also your gluteus medius and minimus, as well as all of the muscles in the pelvic girdle. It does, however, burn body fat, so it's conceivable that your butt will deflate while expanding. More below.
Will this program make my butt bigger?
It's all about your booty. The aim isn't to make your butt any bigger than it is right now, but rather to lift it, firm it up, and make it seem better. The muscles will expand, but if you have extra body fat, it will shrink as you lose weight. A third possibility is that before you lose the pounds, you gain muscle. If this occurs, your rear may appear larger because the muscle pushes out the fat instead of adding to its size. It isn't so simple. The muscle simply pushes out the fat and once more, the fat should fall away as you continue losing weight, leaving behind a gorgeous Brazilian bum-bum.
Any advice on how to help the soreness in my legs the next day?
Do a stretching or foam rolling session either before or after your workout. Also, drink a recovery beverage right after every hard workout. Your body craves protein at this time as it repairs muscle; thus, you should give it all of the necessary building blocks by doing so.
Is this workout good if I have bad knees?
Knees are a difficult issue to tackle. The Brazil Butt Lift is quite gentle on the knees, and if you complete the program, your knees will get much stronger. These exercises target muscles of the pelvic girdle, which help your knees track better, reducing stress on them considerably. You should have the blessing of your doctor regardless or you risk injuring them further.
Will it hit other muscles besides my legs? Should I get another program for upper body?
It's a comprehensive body workout that won't increase your upper-body muscle mass. You may easily add upper-body training to the program if this is your aim.

I missed a week due to vacation/work travel/sickness. Where do I start from today?
Missing a few days is nothing to be concerned about. Simply pick up where you left off in your routine. Your body will be fully recovered and robust after around five or six days of no activity, and you'll have the capacity to injure yourself by breaking down your fast-twitch muscle fibers.
If you can't do much of anything else because you're so sore, consider how unpleasant it is to work out for days on end. More than five days without exercising might make you too stiff to exercise. Start slowly the first day back, perhaps doing a third to half of your normal workout, and gradually increase over the course of a week or more until you reach your previous levels.
What’s the perfect next step?
You should be able to do almost any Beachbody intermediate program, such as ChaLEAN Extreme, TurboFire, or P90X3. Before diving into your next hard program, take a brief vacation from maintenance activity.
What is maintenance work?
It's a lot more difficult to get in shape than it is to keep yourself there. With approximately half the volume of your program, you can generally keep a level very close to peak performance.To You can use many different types of training to maintain, but the simplest is usually 3–4 days per week of the program you just completed. It will gradually lose its effectiveness over time, but after a while, you'll probably start another program or activity to make up for it.
