T25 Workout Calendar Schedule – Many Options Hybrid Available As Well

Shaun T's Focus T25 Calendars are there to help guide you to a better body by only exercising 25 minutes a day. The programs Beachbody have come out with as they have progressed are amazing where you can get a great workout in as little as 20-25 minutes a day.

When it comes to exercise, most people are either all in or all out. Some folks exercise for hours every day and others don’t work out at all. These two extremes may sound like they offer the best of both worlds, but they actually come with some drawbacks that can be avoided by switching to a hybrid system. The T25 workout is one such program that combines high intensity workouts with low-intensity cardio exercises so you get the benefits of both without sacrificing any time. It also provides an easy way to switch up your routine if you find yourself getting bored or plateauing. This article will cover the schedule and common questions about this hybrid fitness plan

T25 Focus is only 5 days a week, but you do get to do a double workout on Fridays. Another option is to perform the second workout on Saturday as well giving you just one day off a week. So the total minutes worked out a week is 150 or 2 1/2 hours. Crazy right and the results speak for themselves.

How Long Are The Focus T25 Workouts?

The T25 workouts are 25 minutes in length each and you will be working for a total of 60 days or 10 weeks long without the advanced Gamma phase. If you add in the Gamma which you may want to do second time around that would make it a total of 14 weeks.  There are many exciting hybrid calendars out there as well, but as always we suggest you do the regular workout first.
