Best Beachbody Workout To Tone Arms (Ripped Bi’s & Tri’s)

Whether you want to finish off that Beachbody with some nice ripped arms or just tighten up from some weight you lost we got you covered here. Arms are a muscle group that can take some extra attention especially the Biceps. Triceps can get a pretty good workout with other muscle groups like when you are working out your chest. Biceps on the other hand don't really get to involved outside of getting weights into position for your lifts. These workouts will hit both your Bi's and Tri's to get them toned right up.

Beachbody Arm Workouts

Now which workout you choose will depend a little bit on what your goals are along with fitness level. You may just want a little toning and that will be a bit easier then trying to get them shredded. No matter what these workouts will help shape and refine the look of your arms as long as you push yourself.

These are single arm workouts that either focus on both Biceps and Triceps or one or the other. For the Bi's/Tri's workouts you can plug these in at least one more day a week. If you are doing something like a LIIFT4 program where you are only working out 4 days a week you may be able to add in a couple extra workouts. Maybe do the extra arm workout even on Leg day so you can do a 2 for 1 and still get the same amount of rest days.

Beachbody Tone Arms Real BOD Users Opinions

Well we didn't want you to only take our word for it so we went out and got opinions from lots and lots of actually Beachbody On Demand users. We got their opinion on how they got tone arms and what programs and workouts they actually used. We curated this information so they only thing we changed was any spelling or grammar where needed.

1. Shelby “LIIFT4” – Liift4 had some great arm exercises to tone your arms.

2. Kelsey “LIIFT4”

3. Jessica “LIIFT4” – “LIIFT4 is amazing for that! I love 80DO but it’s more of an overall program whereas I feel LIIFT4 really targeted and built my arms!!

4. Sarah “Chalean Extreme” Chalean Extreme is great too

5. Sarah A. “80 DO” – I’ve had great arm results with 80DO. The best workouts for it are AAA and Total Body Core. Cardio Core and Cardio Flow have a lot of upper body work, too, but no lifting.

6. Joanna “Body Beast” Body beast is the best for arms

7. Stacie “Hammer and Chisel”

8. Karen “LIIFT4” – I did LIIFT leading up to my wedding… and my arms looked soooo toned in my dress. Best results I’ve had from a program, and I’ve done a lot of them!

9. Sheina “LIIFT4” – LIIFT4. Lifting and strength training will build lean muscle.

10. Laura “Hammer and Chisel” – I did hammer and chisel and some 22MHC leading up to my wedding and had great results! That was almost two years ago, so LIIFT4 wasn’t out yet, but now after doing that program, it’s a program I would have done back then 🙂My goal was to tone my upper body since I had a low back on my dress and I was very happy with the results!

11. Stephanie “Body Beast” – Body Beast finally got me the definition in my arms that I had always hoped for.

12. Casey “Body Beast” – I agree with body beast. That is my favorite program next to LIIFT4… I'm doing a hybrid of the two now! Let me know if you'd like the calendar. I'm happy to share!

13. Laura L “Slim In 6” – Check out Slim In 6… Debbie works your arms good

14. Teale “80 DO” – You can stick w l4 or go to 80DO. With 4m before the wedding you can do her whole program. It helped Me really tone my arms last year. Lost 13+ pounds and 13+ inches. Follow the program and Timed nutrition to a T. Use the performance line and Shakeology and your arms and shoulders are going to look BANGIN in your dress

15. Beth “LIIFT4” – Liift4! I’m doing early release of 10 Rounds and can tell it’s going to be a real arm toner. Surprisingly, Barre Blend with some of the weights might do it, but I got awesome results with Liift4. This photo was after the last workout.
16. Sabrina “LIIFT4” – 80 DO is great, but my biggest issue with it was that I felt like I was losing upper body gains. I'd highly recommend LIIFT4 or Body Beast!
17. Tennille “Body Beast” – P90x oldie but goodie and body beast. They have quite a few upper body workouts thats will get your arms right
18. Cara “LIIFT4” – Liift4 was great for upper body definition and strength, I’m currently doing 80DO and love that too!
19. Emily “LIIFT4” – Best one for arms I’ve found yet is LIIFT4
20. John “80 DO” – 80DO did great things for my arms (and everything). But it won’t do much if you aren’t eating enough. I was “maintenance” plan C and lost weight, ended the program in plan E/F to gain the weight back.

Summary

As you can see the overwhelming favorite in the BOD community is LIIFT4. This program has become a mainstay for many people including us. At only 4 days a week it gets the job done with a combination of lifting and cardio. The arms are definitely heavily targeted and again at 0nly 4 days a week you can add an extra arm workout from something like Body Beast Bulk Arms to increase your gains quickly. There are hybrid calendars as well like the Body Beast LIIFT4 Hybrid.

New programs like 6 Weeks of the Work and Muscle Burns Fat and Muscle Burns Fat advanced also focus on the arms. 6 weeks of the work your arms get fried as you hold the weights out so time under tension gets the job done and the arms smoked. Either way with access to the Beachbody On Demand you can try some different ones out to see which feel the best or worst depending on how you want to look at it.
