So how do I get Beachbody On Demand On PS4?
This is actually fairly easy all you need to do is the below:
- Go to your PS4 Web Browser
- Type in URL BeachbodyOnDemand.com or press triangle to search “Beachbody On Demand Login”
- Click URL In search or
- Then enter your Username
- Enter your password
- Click Sign In with X button
- Then click programs with X button
- Select your workout with the X button
It really should be that simple, but there can be a couple complications that you may need to address that we go through below. At the time of this writing our PS4 was working fine with Beachbody On Demand for the most part. It would be a little sluggish at times, but most of the time that was due to our internet.
Once you go through the steps of getting logged in once you should be set unless you use your PS4 internet browser for anything else. So when you go in it should actually keep you logged in for two weeks and will bring you right back to where you left off. This works great for having workout areas setup in multiple rooms. It depends on the day where I workout. It could be in the living room, our spare bedroom, out in hunting camp, outside, garage or even our horse barn.
You can also just get a cheap FIRE STICK so you can hook up to any TV easily CLICK HERE to check it out.

Beachbody On Demand On Your PS4
There can be issues just like with any programming system and unfortunately it can be because of a wide range of issues, but we are going to go through a couple of the main ones to help speed things up. Some initial things you would want to do is restarting your modem and PS4. Sometimes a quick reset can get you up and running quickly.
Another thing go check to make sure your PS4 is all up to date especially with the browser and firmware. You can do this by:
Updating Your PS4 For Beachbody On Demand Use
- Go To “Settings”
- Select “System Software Update”
- Select “Upgrade Now”
- Once Download is complete press “X” button to confirm Software agreement
That's it. Now try again to login into Beachbody On Demand and should work.
So if you tried to restart your router and to update your software on your PS4 and it still isn't working then there may just be something going on with Beachbody's servers which does happen from time to time. I have had it where it won't load on my PS4 or Laptop, but will work on my mobile phone.
At that point it may be time to get the old laptop and use an HDMI straight into the TV which is an easy option. Or if you have an Android tablet you can us a USB-C usually into an HDMI on the other side right int your TV.
If you have a Microsoft Windows based laptop that has Windows 10 you can get a wireless HDMI for pretty cheap as well on Amazon HERE that will get the job done for you nicely.
Final Thoughts
Unfortunately until they get an actual app for PS4 and Microsoft Xbox there will be glitches with it here and there and I know it is horrible especially when you are getting up early just to get your workout in. Get in your room and nothing works. Try to have your mobile phone or tablet as a backup if you can. I even have resorted to downloading my workouts for the week at times if I know I am going to be busy just in case I have problems with the internet.
It is very nice to have multiple devices setup in different rooms. We have actually gotten used First Sticks off of Ebay so all we need is a tv and the internet. We even take them with us to hotel room which usually works. But if internet not good at hotel or campground we just download onto our iPad or iPhones as well.
With Xbox One it actually works pretty well on the Microsoft Edge browser. So if PS4 would allow the capability to download Google Chrome it would work better instead of having their own Browser. Sometimes these companies like Sony get power hungry and forget about the actual user experience.
